Situated
on a stunning stretch of the Mediterranean coastline, Lykia Links Golf Club
is a truly unique masterpiece in the Belek region. Opened in 2008 and designed
by the celebrated American course architect Perry Dye, this 18-hole
championship venue is the first and only genuine links-style course in the
entire Mediterranean basin. Inspired by the classic coastal courses of Scotland
and Ireland, Lykia Links brings a distinct and exhilarating style of play to
Turkey's luxury golf capital.
Unlike
the traditional tree-lined parkland courses that characterize much of Belek,
Lykia Links embraces the raw, open elements of the sea. Built right upon the
sand dunes, the course features rolling fairways, punishing waste bunkers, and
undulating greens that blend seamlessly into the natural landscape, presenting
a thrilling and sophisticated challenge for accomplished golfers.
